Today I gave a surf guide to a man from Tohoku in Japan. He was very happy to surf in such warm water. Waves were good because of no wind today, weather was perfect for surfing, it was sunshine and warm. 今日は宮城県のサーファーの方のサーフガイドで、〇〇〇へ。宮城県の方に〇〇〇へ案内するというのも、面白いですね。ちなみに、砂辺のビーチも正式には、宮城海岸、なんだか「宮城」という名前が頻繁にでてきます。僕の名前は宮城ではありませんが。
You are passing through beautiful Yakena Straits known as “East Loreley” to get the cape Yabuchi island which people had lived since the JOMON period(6,000 years ago) till the EDO period and now it is uninhabited.
Beside most tourists tend to go to the west of the main island, there are many unpublicized beautiful places in the East. This tour is first to be shown to the public. Nearby KAICHU DORO, the bridge between the island and small islands. An hour drive from Naha airport using highway.
There are many wild birds and you can hear their singings. Scenary and the sound has never changed since JOMON period. You feel like you’ve gone back in time.
The color of water is very mysterious and it changes.
You paddle from A point passing the straits and get to the point of B along the beauticul coast line of the uninhabited island.
